Five Reunification Express trains (SE7, SE5, SE19, SE3, and SE1) run daily between Hanoi and Ninh Binh, taking about 2 hours and 15 minutes. Ticket options include soft seats, hard berths, and soft berths.
Before booking the train:
- You should book a soft seat because it is comfortable and the trip is not too long to need berth.
- While train journeys in Vietnam are exciting, they may not meet luxury or European standards. Vietnam Railways’ trains and facilities are older, with some parts not well maintained.
