Explore one of the largest and the most beautiful caves on Halong Bay. Nothing is more enjoyable than exploring the natural beauty of many Islets. Moreover, you will also have a chance to join our Cooking class to challenge your skills in preparing a very famous Vietnamese dish – Spring roll.

Itinerary

DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY

7:30 – 8:30	Our shuttle bus will come to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi center (book transfer in next step). Drive to Halong City. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta country side. Stopover at Hai Duong province for refreshment about 30 minutes
12:00 – 19:00	Arrive at Tuan Chau island, then take a break and welcome drink at Pelican Halong Cruise Lounge. After that, embark to the cruise. Welcome drink, receive cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in. Enjoy buffet lunch with Vietnamese dishes served while cruising through the bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet areas. Visit Luon Cave, the perfect combination of lime-stone mountains and jade-green sea by bamboo boat with local people. Visit the beautiful Titop Island for swimming (if the weather permits). Back to the boat and free time while sailing to Luon Bo area, and anchor overnight. (Massage service is available. Please book with Cruise Manager directly). Attend the Cooking class on sundeck to learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls, a traditional Vietnamese food. Then enjoy Happy Hour (buy one drink – get one free). It’s time for chit chat and relaxing. Watch the magnificent sunset over Halong Bay.
19:30 – 23:00	Dinner of deluxe Vietnamese BBQ with set menu. Evening activities include: Leisure time to enjoy a chat around the bar, watching movies, relaxing and spending a romantic night on Pelican Cruise, playing cards, chess are available, reading magazines in room and dining room. You may also try your luck at squid fishing & fishing from the boat.

DAY 2: HA LONG BAY – HANOI

06:00 – 08:00	Join the Tai Chi class on the sundeck to feel the fresh air and refresh your body to start a new day. After that the crew serve breakfast with coffee and tea in the dining room
08:00 – 11:30	Fet on tender to visit the Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves in Halong Bay with amazing stalactites and stalagmites. Prepare your camera to capture great moments of your journey. We recommend you to wear comfortable shoes. Getting back to the Pelican Cruise, time to check out and settle the bill of services that you used on board (drinks, massage, etc.) at reception. Lunch is served while the cruise sails back to Tuan Chau port. You can relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery while approaching the wharf. Disembark and say goodbye to the crew.
12.00 – 17.00	Transfer back to Hanoi with a short stop of about 30 minutes for refreshment. Arrive in Hanoi. End of services.

Cancellation by Customer

More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
From 14 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

01 (one) child maximum per cabin and child reduction applicable only if sharing a cabin with maximum 02 (two) adults.
Free of charge for child under 5 years old, in parent’s room and using existing bedding.
75% charge of adult price from 5 to 12 years old sharing parents’ room.
A child from 13 years old up will be considered adult.
