As usual, travelers stay overnight at hotels in Hanoi Old quarter’s Area at night before, then we pick up around 8am – 9am in the next morning (Transfer from Hanoi to cruise harbor might take around 2-4 hours, depends on tours’ class you book).
Travelers also flight from south of Vietnam/ Overseas to airport (Hai Phong airport, Noi Bai airport, Van Don airport) then do cruise on the same day, we can arrange for you transfer from airports directly to cruise harbors and join cruise but make sure u book early flight before 8am – 9am – 10am. Travelers must pay extra fee for car
Travelers also stay in near cruise harbor (for cruises are departed from Halong city), and you go to cruise harbor yourself, we show you location where to pick up easily.
If u stay in Tam Coc – Ninh Binh, we also arrange a private car (pay extra fee ~ 170km- 3.5/4 hours driving) to cruise harbor and pick up at 8am from your hotels in Ninh Binh

Transfer: You might also have to pay the fees for transfers if you book on some 5 stars cruises (rate from us $ 36/person for 2 ways: Hanoi <=> Cruise harbor @ Transfers might be FREE that depends on promotion dates.).
Final payment: After make a deposit or your whole group (Please visit our payment page here). The rest money, you are going to pay us once we meet you at your hotel in Hanoi. We’ll tell you more information about the trip, then give you travel ticket.
Or you can pay online before 1 to 15 days to save your time.
Pick up/Drop off: Our modern & safe shuttle buses pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter every morning around 07:45 am – 08:30 am, and drop you off at the same place around 04 pm – 05 pm on the final day of your trip (another place? please request !) .
=> If you stay at a hotel/place far from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, please book a taxi to Hanoi Opera House or a place that we will show you later.
// All cruises are departed from the cruise harbors around 12:30 – 12:45 daily and arrive back at the harbors around 11am: 11:30 am on the final day of the trip.
@ If you have flights at late afternoon after your Halong Bay tour, please inform us ASAP, so we can arrange a car directly to the airport for your group.
What to bring?: Passports, sunglasses, camera, sport shoes, essential luggage, jackets & sweaters (winter in months:11,12,1,2,3,4), some medicine for sea-sickness (optional).

ITINERARY
DAY 1: HANOI – CRUISE HARBOR – HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY
8:00- 8:30 Our Driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House and driving to Tuan Chau Port, that our team waiting
11:30 – 12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor.
12:00 – 12:30 Welcome to our cruise and enjoy welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Complete check-in procedure.
13:30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong – Lan Ha Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
15h45: Heading to Ba Trai Dao area. It is time for you to chill out in the swimming pool on cruise or discover the lagoon by kayaking.
17.00: Come back to our La Casta Cruise and participate in our Sunset party with Fruit, Snack and Happy Hour for drink. Take photos and relax.
19:00: Time for dinner enjoying set menu Vietnamese typical food (Buffet dinner served instead if the guest number on board are from 30 people) on the cruise.
21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, squid fishing, relaxing with drink on sky bar and overnight on the La Casta Cruise.
DAY 2: LAN HA BAY-– SKULL ISLAND
06.30: Early morning sun risers can enjoy fantastic view on sundeck.
7:00-7:45: Have light breakfast. Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. 08:15:
Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets
Explore Skull Island (years ago in 2017, Hollywood they came here to use that place for the background of King Kong movie). You can do kayaking or swimming in the bay.
09:00: Back to your cabin, take relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin.
9:30: Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedure and enjoy your last lunch at La Casta cruise.
11:30: Cruise are landing Tuan Chau Harbor, tourists say goodbye to sailors and finish the cruise.
11:30 Get to the bus back to Hanoi.
DAY 1: HANOI – CRUISE HARBOR – LAN HA BAY
08-08:30am: Pick you up from Hanoi’s Old quarter area
11:30 Warmly welcomed by La Casta cruise team in Tuan Chau cruise pier. Complete the check-in procedure.
12:15 Get transfer to the La Casta cruise by a tender boat. Cruise briefing before check-into our suite cabins.
13:00 Buffet lunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant (vegetarian and special diet catered for).
The cruise is sailing though Halong Bay and go ahead to Lan Ha Bay while u having meals, it is so relaxing and incredible to see the views surrounding you through pure glasses
15:15 Cruise anchors for outdoor activities. Free access to our high-grade entertaining facilities including Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi; Floating Ocean Pool; Inflatable Water Slide; Kayak; Mini-golf course.
17:30 Happy hours at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge and the Ocean Sky Sundeck. Enjoy freshly prepared canapés with some complimentary splendid drink while waiting for the sunset.

DAY 2: BIKING TO VILLAGE IN CAT BA ISLAND – KAYAKING – SWIMMING
06:15 Tai-chi exercise at Ocean Sky Sundeck to welcome a new day.
07:15 A light breakfast is served at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
08:00 Cruise towards Viet Hai pier, where we’ll take an opportunity to explore the local life of an ancient village.
08:30 Arrive at the pier in Cat Ba Island, you’ll choose to take a ride by bicycle or electric cart to Viet Hai village. The 6km-ride takes you along a beautiful lagoon and a lovely cave to the hidden village of Viet Hai. Spend your time wandering around and have some chit-chat with local villages.
12:00 Back to the cruise and enjoy your lunch on-board
14:00 The boat anchors at the center of Lan Ha bay, it’s time for more swimming, kayaking or just lying on a small & pristine beach and watch the cloud drift by.
16:30 Back to the cruise, time for your relaxing and wait for the sunset, maybe with a cocktail in hand.
19:00 Indulge a fine-dining experience at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant
20:30 Free to enjoy our onboard recreations such as the Cigar & Poker room; Night Squid Fishing; Boarding game or movie watching at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge… We spend a peaceful night on board the La Casta cruise
DAY 3: DARK AND BRIGHT CAVE – ENJOY MOMENT – CRUISE DOCK – HANOI
06:00 Tai-chi exercise at Ocean Sky Sundeck to welcome a new day.
06:15 A light breakfast is served at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
07:15 Quick transfer by tender boat to visit the Bright cave by traditional rowing bamboo boats. You will see an angled passageway opening the cave at water level and a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and precipitous stone cliffs.
08:45 Back to La Casta cruise, shower, and downtime.
09:30 Cabin check-out procedure while cruising towards the port.
09:45 Buffet brunch at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant after check-out
11:00 Back to Tuan Chau pier by tender boat. Farewell

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations only become effective once our sales office receives notification of cancellation IN WRITING to our email: [email protected]
For individual guests or group of guests with number of person lower than 6:
- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
- Later or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged
For group of guest with number of person larger than 6:
- If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged

- If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged

All bookings with promotional & package rates are non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at our cruise will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

- Surcharge 25% for Merry Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Chinese Lunar Year
- Registration is required. Guest must contact with us 1 day before to supply passport’s information as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry… otherwise, guest will get introduction about the method to check in, policies…. we will not responsible for any extra charge in case of late, missing. All of above cases are considered as no-show (not arrival).
- Please note that the time may be changed depending on the policies of Halong bay management or weather permission. We will inform you before getting on the cruise.
