- 1/2 + 1/3 cups of soybean curd sauce
- 1½ cups barbeque sauce
- 2 cups coco rico
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2½ tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of MSG (optional)
- 1/3 cup of crushed peanuts
Instructions
1. Combine barbeque sauce, soybean curd sauce (adjust the amount according to your preferred level of spiciness), coco rico, and water in a stock pot. Bring it to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the chicken bouillon soup base, sugar, and MSG.
3. In a separate bowl, scramble the eggs and set them aside. Increase the heat of the broth to medium-high and stir in the eggs. Allow them to cook, then add the crushed peanuts. (Note: You can use only one egg if desired.)
4. Finally, as the broth comes together at a medium-low heat, you can prepare your choice of vegetables, meat, and seafood. Remember, the combinations are endless, so feel free to explore and cater to your taste preferences.
