• Passengers must be at the train station at least 20 minutes before departure and present their voucher tickets for boarding.
• Seat Allocation: We prioritize window seats and group bookings with adjacent seats when available.
• Luggage Allowance: Adults can carry up to 20 kg, and children up to 10 kg. All baggage must be neatly and securely packed.
