Itinerary

Day 1 Hanoi – Halong Bay – Sung Sot Cave

07:45 – 08:15	Our guide will meet you at your hotel. The shuttle bus or private car pick up and transfer to Halong for about 3,5 hour drive (book transfer in next step).
12:00 – 12:30	Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing. Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind. Have lunch in the dining room or at the outdoor dining area while the cruise sailing through thousands of limestone islands of Halong Bay
Afternoon	Arrive at Sung Sot Cave, explore the cave and find out how the cave was named “Surprising”. Back to the boat, our cruise will take you to a stunning tranquilizing isolated lagoon for swimming or just simply relaxing on the boat with our spa service and mingle in the picturesque seascape. Then, head toward the sleeping area and set anchor.
Evening	Summit on the sundeck watching the sunset, enjoy sunset party with fresh fruit and local wine. It’s ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset. After authentic Vietnamese dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, or take for you one of our on board activities: book reading, games, movies, and squid fishing…

Day 2 Cua Van Village – Halong – Hanoi

Noon

For the early risers join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to full charge your energy for the day. Breakfast is served from 07:00.After breakfast, mingle yourself in the stunning views of the bay and its dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Cua Van Village. Tour guide will brief you information and the highlights about this fascinating floating village and its local community. Comfortably capture the daily life of the fishermen on bamboo boat rowed by the locals.

Check out the cabins, at your leisure while our cruise taking you pass by other beautiful highlights in the bay.

You will then join Cooking demonstration, learn how to make spring rolls before an early lunch is served.

Return to the shore and disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell. Transfer to minibus or private and return to Hanoi.

Arrival back at your hotel approximately 16:30. End of services.

Cancellation by Customer

More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
From 14 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Free of charge for 1 kid under 4 years old who share the room with parent. Children below 12 years old shared with parent: 75% charge of adult price. Children from 12 years old up will be applied as adult rate
